Born in Fredericton and raised in Oromocto, Chelsea Cogswell has deep roots in the community she now proudly serves. As the daughter of two Canadian Armed Forces members, Chelsea grew up surrounded by the values of service, integrity, and perseverance—principles that continue to guide her in her real estate career today.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Chelsea dedicated several years to homecare work before enlisting in the Royal Canadian Artillery, where she served for twelve years. Her military experience instilled in her a remarkable sense of discipline, attention to detail, and accountability—qualities her clients value as she helps them navigate one of life’s most important decisions.
Now a BGRS and SIRVA registered REALTOR®, Chelsea specializes in CAF and RCMP relocations throughout New Brunswick. Her firsthand understanding of military life gives her unique insight into the challenges of relocation, and she takes pride in providing a smooth, stress-free experience for every client she works with.
Beyond real estate, Chelsea is an active community leader and volunteer, serving on the Oromocto Hospital Foundation Board and with the Oromocto Rotary Club, where she continues her lifelong commitment to giving back.
Chelsea approaches every transaction with care, curiosity, and a genuine passion for connecting people with homes that fit their lives perfectly. She compares her work to the childhood game Perfection—the same joy she once felt fitting the right shapes into place is the feeling she gets today when she successfully matches buyers and sellers. It’s that sense of purpose and alignment that drives her every day.
Proudly serving with EXIT Realty Advantage, Fredericton and Oromocto’s largest brokerage—with over 80 dedicated REALTORS®—Chelsea is part of a team known for going above and beyond to make every real estate journey seamless, informed, and rewarding.
